Camping Has Begun!

We were able to take a last minute camping trip last weekend.

I booked the sites on Thursday and we left Friday.

It was a lot of fun!

We have been to this campground a few times and really like it!

We went with some friends of ours.

The first night it started raining just as we finished setting up camp, we didn't complain because it was raining at home too!!!

It stopped long enough for us to eat then started raining again till 9.

The next morning was beautiful!

The kids played lawn darts.

Then after lunch, a round of golf for the boys and naps for the babies, we went swimming.

These 3 loved the water slide!

After swimming we had supper.

Then went for ice cream.

We played at the park.

But the kids to bed and enjoyed a nice fire.

The next morning we had muffins.

So bike rides.

A badminton tournament.

And then headed home.

It was a great weekend and we are looking forward to many more camping trips this Summer!
