Thing 1 Thing 2 Thing 3 and Thing 4

On our last (so it seems right now) nice warm day of Fall, the kids and I headed outside to take some pictures in outmatching shirts.
They have always been excited to wear these shirts and this was no different.
None of them were really into taking pictures, they were just wanting to run and play so a big thanks to Jen for putting up with us! :) You did great!
Speaking of my things, my app told me today that I have 45 days left...
45 DAYS!?!?!?
Where did the time go?!
Well lets just say these little things don't make a day go by slowly! :)

Throwback Thursday

Back in August my Mom called me to ask if I needed corn. Of course I needed corn! :)
For some reason she had planted way to much corn, 2 years in a row!!! :)
So we picked a day that worked for Mom, my sisters, sister in law and I and all met early in the morning to get started.

They had already picked the corn and filled the back of the truck.
Ready to go husk the corn!

My littlest niece Janelle.

Andy and Grama.

My other niece Hailey.

We husked the corn in the cows pen so that they could come and enjoy what we didn't want.

All done and ready to be washed!

We did the rest of the work in their garage, that way the mess stayed outside.

The finished stuff!! And this isn't all of it! We did a total of 230 cups of corn for 4 families!

These cuties had a blast together playing dolls and dress up and just chatting. :)

Enjoying The Fall

A week ago we headed out to meet my sister and her husband for some tennis and just to enjoy the beautiful weather!

 Picking sides.

Worlds cutest brothers.

After some watching we decided to go throw leaves.

And take pictures with the fire hydrant.

And with each other.

It's Always a Milestone

30 weeks and 3 days
Its when your baby weighs around 3 pounds.
He/she isn't really big enough to be born, but big enough to show Gods mighty hand at work with every single breath they take.
When I went into labour with Andrew almost 6 years ago I had no idea what the next few months would hold.
I didn't know that our world would be turned upside down and all that we would have to cling to was our trust in God, but that is all that you need.
Little did I know how my heart would be torn every time he wouldn't be breathing well, how many tears I would shed and how many prayers I would pray over that little baby.
Each baby is a miracle, and Andrew showed us that from the very minute that he was born.

Now, when I reach 30 weeks and 3 days I am always so grateful that God has brought us this far,
I'm thankful that if the baby were to be born he/she would be fine.
And pray that this little baby would stay in it's safe place for just a few more weeks. :)

And a big thank you to Megan for this picture!
Its a lot nicer than using an apple tree. :)
