Why Eat The Orange?

When you can just eat the orange peel!! :)

Well I thought that tonight would be a good time to give everyone a bit of an update, it's bee awhile.
Winter is officially here! The temperature has been really cold for the past week or two so we have been spending our days inside. Once this cold spell is over I hope to let the kids play outside, before the snow gets to deep.
Last week Josh and I went out to the city to watch some curling and do Christmas shopping. We had a lot of fun, it was nice to have some time just to ourselves, thanks to Josh's parents for taking the kids!

The ice got finished up this week so we had our first hockey game on Tuesday. I had a lot of fun, although I'm really rusty, due to missing out on all of last season. :)

The kids are doing great! They did all get colds this week, but they seem to be getting over them already, which is wonderful! We have really been enjoying having Josh inside more, the kids love it, and so do I! We don't get as much work done, but thats what Winters are for! :)

Andrew and Makayla play together all the time! I never see one and not the other, and now that Brendan is sitting they will often get out their toys and play around him, which he really enjoys (as long as they don't get to close) :) Brendan is growing so fast! I just got out all the 12 month clothes yesterday, I can't believe how fast he has grown from a little baby to a boy with his own personality.
I am so blessed to be the mom to these 3 precious gifts!!

Tomorrow we are heading over to my parents house to do some Christmas baking!! And that will bring us to the end of this week, leaving us with just one more week before Christmas. Right now we have plans right from the 23rd to the 26th and another gathering on the 29th and one more pending, so it's going to be  a busy time, but so much fun! I can never get enough family time, it's so precious.

Well I think that's all the news I have for now.
We wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a happy New Year!!

On Cold Winter Nights

Popcorn is a VERY special treat at our house. And when it's cold and snowy outside, theres nothing better than a bowl of fresh warm popcorn and the smiles and giggles of happy kiddos.

Careful measuring and dumping.

Happy babies are so much fun!! :)

Watching…

Ever so intently!

Saying cheese!!

Ready to go!!

Happy kids!

A kiss for his sister.

All 3 blessings.

Popcorn = goofiness.

Their tummies are full, my heart is full!
