Well actually its 51 years now (oops) I meant to blog these last Summer and never got around to it.
Last year my grandparents celebrated 50 years together! I cant imagine being married for that long (in a good way of course) :)
The in tire family, kids, grandkids and great-grandkids go together for a day of celebrating at the park.
When we all get together we're a big crowd, Grama and Grampa had 7 kids and they are all married.
Not only are they married, they also have there own kids and grand kids!
Bringing our total up to 69!!
God has blessed my grandparents richly, they have been such a wonderful example to their family, friends and the many people that they have met in their life time. Just this last Spring my Grampa retired from being a pastor for many, many years.
I am so blessed to be a part of this large, crazy family!
We started off the day with breakfast, pancakes, toast, bacon, hash browns and much more!
early morning smiles.
Eating with Grama.
After eating there was visiting...
The Penner family rarely has a lack of words! :)
And cute kids with their smiles.
Kayla and Hailey with Grampa.
Rita and Yvonne.
They set up for each family to sing a song or tell a story ect...

Rita and Kayla.
Elena and Andy.
After that we had bubbles.
Ice cream.
And chips.
In between showers we played volley ball.
And played at the play ground.
Once supper time came around it started smelling yummy, we had onions, mushroom, baked potatoes and bar b qed steak! The Penner family has never been short of food, trust me!
Enjoying the delicious food!
To tired to eat.
After supper and clean up there were more bubbles.
And then a baseball game to wrap up the day.
