Until The Cows Come Home

We got the last of our cows home this morning. It went really fast, they behaved very well.
So whatever it is that you do till the cows come home should be done now. :)

So now that the cows are home I can have our baby. :)

P.S. My photographer was not home today so the baby update will be coming tomorrow.

A city-girl has a question:
Why do you not bring the cows home every night? Where do you let them go when they are "not at home"? I have never had a cow before. :)

We bring our cows out to the pasture in the Spring and they eat grass there all Summer, then in the Fall when the grass dies we bring then home and feed them hay bales during the Winter.
We have around 30 cows and their calves so it would be a lot of work to bring them home every night.

Thank you that was helpful (and interesting).
Will be praying for the safe delivery of your baby.

Hello Rebecca,
Okay now, sweet lil-Andy is two,
the cows are back home,
you have snow that you all shared down here our way (wink) and that makes me feel like gardens & all must be done & everyone settled in for the winter...now you can have the sweet lil-baby & everyone cuddle till spring!
Or...being as the photographer was off, did you just go to have the baby & will up-date with baby pic's? Smile!
We are praying in our home for all of you!
Blessings~
