Christmas Gathering the Second

On December 24 we made the long walk over to Josh's parents for lunch.
This gathering was mostly about food, at least thats what the pictures say. :)
But we also had fun being together, some braved the cold and played hockey or went for snow mobile rides, while the rest of us sat by the fire, visiting, holding cute babies and being together.

Lunch waiting to be enjoyed.

Cute kids waiting to enjoy it!

Big brother and little brother.

Smiles all around!

They were wearing the same brand hoodies.

Time for dessert.

For supper we had more yummy food, mostly sweet stuff. :)

After supper our kids had their Sunday School concert so we all went to watch them.
After we got back it was time for more food. :)

Christmas At Home

Yes, I'm over 1 month late with Christmas posts, but here they are anyway!

December 22 my sister and her husband, Raechelle and Steve and their daughter Sophia came over to celebrate Christmas with us.
The kids got to open one gift each that evening.

New Christmas jammies!!

The next morning after reading the Christmas story they dug into the long awaited gifts.

Sophia went first, with lots of help from her cousins!

Taylor was next.

She was happy with her gift!

The boys got a gift together.

And they were also happy!

Kayla was next.

I got an amazing gift from Josh!

Christmas smiles.

Taylor Brianne is One

Before I get the Christmas pictures posted I need to share this special memory.
We had another first birthday in our family on December 15.
It was an exciting time, mostly for her siblings, cause now Taylor isn't 0 anymore. :)
I hadn't really planned on having a party, but the longer I thought about how cute and how much fun it would be to have a baby girl party I decided to do it!
We invited both our families for an evening of lots of sugar! :)
And Megan was so kind and captured these precious moments for me, thanks again!
She is also the reason why there are so many pictures, they were to cute not to post. :)

We made donuts.

Pink popcorn.

Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes.

And of course the smash cake!

There was lots of pink and lots of glitter!!

Taylor didn't really have time to sit still for pictures...

Put she was ready to party!!

Cute little friends.

Smiles with auntie Jenny.

And then or course the cake came!

At first she wasn't really sure about it, but once she got a taste of the icing she was hooked!

The whole time she was eating she was saying ummm, yummy!!

The end.

After Taylor got cleaned up it was time for gifts.

We couldn't get it out of the box fast enough for her!

She loves her new puppy!
