And Then She Turned Two...

My baby turned two last week.

(sigh)

But turning 2 was so exciting for her, so we celebrated, even though it was kinda hard for the mom.

Two is such a fun age!!

So much to learn, so much to help with, so much wonder in her bright eyes!

We celebrated with Josh's family the evening before.

We had supper and then lots of cake!!

Taylor has had a special giraffe teddy bear since she was just tiny, he has always been her most special stuffy, so it was only fitting to make a giraffe cake, and she loved it!!

Although you couldn't tell from her face. :)

Happy birthday to my sweet baby!! You bring such joy to our family and we are blessed to be your parents!! We cant wait to see what the next year will bring!

Her Brothers and sister went to play outside.

She was rather sad about the fact that she had to stay inside.

So I opened the door for her.

She was very happy to see the sunshine and the outdoors!

She kept calling for the puppy to come!

The snow is melting!!

Puppy!!!!

Thats the look of pure excitement!!

The puppy came!!!!

Taylor Brianne is One

Before I get the Christmas pictures posted I need to share this special memory.

We had another first birthday in our family on December 15.

It was an exciting time, mostly for her siblings, cause now Taylor isn't 0 anymore. :)

I hadn't really planned on having a party, but the longer I thought about how cute and how much fun it would be to have a baby girl party I decided to do it!

We invited both our families for an evening of lots of sugar! :)

And Megan was so kind and captured these precious moments for me, thanks again!

She is also the reason why there are so many pictures, they were to cute not to post. :)

We made donuts.

Chocolate and vanilla cupcakes.

And of course the smash cake!

There was lots of pink and lots of glitter!!

Taylor didn't really have time to sit still for pictures...

At first she wasn't really sure about it, but once she got a taste of the icing she was hooked!

 After Taylor got cleaned up it was time for gifts.

 We couldn't get it out of the box fast enough for her!
