This week Tuesday we started on doing some fix up work to our house, we took away the old deck that was there and started again.

Josh and Dad making sure that they have the right measurements and then starting to cut.

Don't you always need a supervisor? (:

Josh's turn at the saw.

Nailing the frame together.

Getting the posts the right length.

Everyone came over to help.

So mean while Megan and I washed off siding that we had gotten from Mom and Dad Penner.

Thanks alot Meg!!

Another prodject ; Kerri scraping the old paint off of our door frames.

Thanks Kerri!!

Then in the evening my family came over to help. (:

Josh trying to decide which piece of siding will fit just right.

Getting everyone involved.

The Dads and Josh doing some more figuring.

Our Camping Trip.

I am really sorry to all of you for taking so long to update our blog, life has been, you know, busy. (: But we are still around and I thought that you might like to see some pictures of the camping trip that Josh and I went on with my parents.
Leaving Bomber country and entering Rider world (:
Watching a Ken Davis DVD while traveling.

Randall knows how its done...

It sure is a good way to pass the time!

Josh and Dad setting up camp.
Our camp sight at Moose Mountain where we stayed for 2 nights.

You lose something Ryan?

We spent one day at the water park, it was cool but we had alot of fun! here Josh is going down the screamers.

Josh and Ryan going up for another run, its a long climb but its always worth it!

A happy bunch of water sliders.

My husband, well the picture kind of speaks for its self. (:Going up again, the tube slide were a favorite!

Making breakfast our last morning at camp, everyone helped, Rita frying bacon and sausage,

I'm rolling out roll cookie dough,

and Josh is frying them.

And them we were on our way home, Josh enjoyed driving and I enjoyed sitting beside him.

We spent some time at the beach, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather.

This was a very popular site every time the van stopped. (:

We stopped in Souris at the swinging bridge on the way home, it's something that I dont mind doing, but lets say that the ground feels great after that! (:

Getting rid of some stored up energy.

And thats about it, we made many wonderful memories and had a great time, thanks alot Mom and Dad and family for letting us came along!! And thanks alot to our other Mom and Dad for allowing us to take the time off!!
